DIY set of a Halloween Cats. Make them with this set of pipe cleaners. In the bag is a QR code that links to a tutorial video.  
You will need to have a glue gun or strong material glue. 
Scissors to cut the pipe cleaners 
(Double sided sticky tape is also suggested as an alternative to glue)
Please be aware the pipe cleaners (chenille stems) can have sharp ends.
